    To greatly improve a multi-tiered recruitment process

    The Victorian Public Service Commission is trusted by the community to deliver exceptional healthcare, education, transport, front line and other public services. Their ethos is to do “meaningful work that matters”.

    Before partnering with ApplyDirect in 2018 to build Careers.Vic, the Victorian Public Service Commission was using an Application Tracking System (ATS) front end to display open job opportunities across three sectors. This multi-tiered system meant that only 30% of all Victorian jobs were being advertised together. The site was not user-friendly, did not produce robust search results, and was not capable of providing jobseeker insight data.
